These forms are what you will need to submit your loan modification request with your lender(s). It is important that you watch the following instructional video (coming soon) that will show you how to fill these out correctly and also give you some information and tips regarding loan modifications. The video goes over these applications and shows you how to fill them out correctly.

Beware of Foreclosure Rescue Scams. There are many people claiming to want to help you but are really only knocking on your door to deceive you and either take your money, your house or both. Help is available for free, it really is.
There are also many people who claim to be experts but in my opinion there are no so called "experts" as the game continues to change. There are people who have a lot of epxerience, but I would not classify any of them as experts.
